The booking process is quick and straightforward! Simply choose a car, kindly provide your name, phone number, and email by filling out the form. Once submitted, our customer service representative will promptly assist you and ensure you get placed in the exotic car of your preference.

Our Policies and Rules

Rental vehicles are strictly limited to driving within the state of Florida. Written authorization is required for any trips exceeding 200 miles from Miami Downtown, FL. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the voiding of insurance coverage, immediate retrieval of the vehicle, and imposition of administrative costs and charges. Please be aware that any additional mileage incurred during your rental period will be your responsibility and subject to payment.

Unique Exotics Miami strictly prohibits the following scenarios when using our vehicles:

  • Using the vehicle for any illegal purpose or engaging in any illegal activity.
  • Exceeding the posted speed limits.
  • Allowing an unlicensed driver or someone with a suspended or restricted driver’s license to operate the vehicle for hire.
  • Attempting to push or tow any object with the vehicle.
  • Using the vehicle for driving instruction purposes.
  • Driving the vehicle on unpaved surfaces.
  • Using the vehicle to carry persons (including limo service) or property for hire.
  • Participating in any race, rally, speed contest, speed test, track day, speed endurance contest, demonstration, or being on or near any racetrack or road course.
  • Engaging in the production of professional movies or videos without obtaining our written authorization.
  • While the renter or any other driver of the car is under the influence of alcohol, hallucinatory drugs, narcotics, barbiturates, or any other substance, impairing consciousness or ability to react.

  • By any person other than the Renter unless such person has been designated by the Owner provided on the front page of this agreement.

  • For the safety of all, we’ve implemented a 110 mph speed cap on our vehicles. Exceeding this limit more than thrice will result in the immediate termination of your rental without reimbursement.

In the event of any prohibited use as mentioned above, we retain the right to remotely disable the rental vehicle and retrieve it. Furthermore, you will be held responsible for any damages incurred, in addition to administrative fees and costs.

Absolutely not! Smoking, eating, or drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, we ask that you consume food and beverages outside of the car during your rental period. In the event that any signs of eating or drinking are found inside the car, a fee ranging from $250 to $1000, as stated in the rental agreement may be charged to cover the cost of cleaning and detailing the interior. Additionally, if the car is returned in an extremely dirty condition, there will be additional costs applied.

Our daily rentals include 24 hours, starting from the time the vehicle is delivered or picked up. For example, if your rental begins at 3:00 PM, the return time will be 3:00 PM the following day. This gives you a full 24-hour experience with your luxury or exotic car.

We also offer flexible delivery and return options — just let us know what works best for you during booking.

We offer delivery services for all our vehicles, ensuring convenience for our clients. Alternatively, you have the option to pick up the vehicle at our Downtown Miami location during business hours.

You have the option to add up to two additional drivers to your rental agreement, subject to the same rules and regulations. These rules include meeting the minimum age requirement (25 years old for exotics and 21 for luxury vehicles), a valid driver’s license, having full coverage insurance, and maintaining a clean driving record. It’s important to note that no additional drivers can be added after receiving the vehicle.

Yes, we offer complimentary parking for personal vehicles.

Yes, we offer hourly rentals with a minimum duration of 3 hours. The pricing for each vehicle may vary, so please contact us directly to inquire about the specific pricing details.

Yes, excluding holiday weekends and special events. Make your reservations in advance to guarantee your vehicle reservation.

  • Take precautions necessary to protect the scene of the accident from further accidents. (Always use your vehicle’s 4-way flashers. Reflectors and flares at night give added protection. 
  • Call police. If someone is injured, request medical assistance. If fire is involved, request Fire Department aid.
  • Be courteous. Answer police questions. Give identifying information to the other party involved, but make no comments about assuming responsibility.
  • You must contact our road assistance service immediately to get full instructions for your further actions.

We come across a lot of minor scuffs and scrapes on our cars when they go out on rentals – sometimes customers curb a wheel or scratch a front bumper. These repairs are quick and relatively inexpensive to make and are billed from the security deposit in order to minimize the amount of time the car is off the road. Once your invoice has been settled, you make a claim to your insurance company to be reimbursed for any charges.

Age

To rent an exotic vehicle, the minimum age requirement is 25 years or older, while for luxury vehicles, it is 21 years or older. It is essential that your driving record does not contain any serious moving violations or DUI cases. In the event of such violations, there is a chance that your rental agreement and/or reservation may be declined.

  • To rent an exotic vehicle, renter must meet certain requirements, including minimum age of 25, have a valid driver’s license, and use a major credit card in renter’s name at the time of rental.
  • Clients under the age of 25 can only rent luxury vehicle if they have valid full coverage insurance that adequately covers the chosen vehicle. However, it’s important to note that an additional underage fee will be applicable in such cases.

No, all drivers must meet our rental criteria. However, if you would like to arrange for a chauffeur service, we are more than happy to accommodate your request.

Insurance

To rent any vehicle from our fleet, it is necessary to have full coverage insurance. Renter is required to provide evidence of a transferable auto collision, comprehensive, and liability insurance policy.

If you are a U.S. citizen with car insurance that provides coverage for driving different vehicles, you won’t require additional coverage. We will contact your insurance provider to verify that your policy covers the rental and is active. For international customers, Unique Exotics Miami will assist in obtaining insurance coverage for the rental duration.

Insurance is available for purchase for international drivers exclusively through a third party. Domestic drivers must provide their own car insurance.

Cancelation Policies

  • We specialize in luxury and exotic vehicles, and due to our limited inventory, we can only accommodate a restricted number of bookings. Once you reserve a vehicle with us, it is exclusively reserved for you in our system, ensuring that it is not made available for rent to any other customers.
  • Unique Exotics Miami hereby states that it is not legally obligated to issue full refunds for reservations made through its platform. Cancellation and modification requests may be submitted within 24 hours of the booking date for consideration. However, Unique Exotics Miami reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to decline such requests for a full refund based on an evaluation of the circumstances surrounding each individual case. This policy is enforceable upon confirmation of any reservation.
  • Upon making a reservation, we will place an authorization hold on your credit card for the total rental cost. Alternatively, you have the option to wire or send us the rental fee. Please be aware that cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or natural disasters.
  • In the event of a no-show for your reservation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total rental cost will be charged. Please note that we do not offer refunds in such cases.
  • We kindly request that you refrain from making reservations if you are uncertain about your ability to honor them

Payments

We welcome various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, zelle, apps (such as Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, etc) and cash.

Yes, when reserving a car in advance, we require full payment upfront using a credit card. However, at the time of pickup, you have the option to pay with cash, and we will refund your original payment accordingly.

Payment is required immediately after making the reservation. The vehicle will be fully booked and secured only upon receipt of full payment.

Yes, but the cardholder will be added to the contract as a driver and must present himself with the appropriate identification at the time of receiving the car to sign the agreement.

We do not impose any additional fees other than those specified in the Rental Agreement. We kindly ask you to thoroughly review the Rental Agreement for a clear understanding of the terms and conditions.

Security Deposit

Yes, as part of our standard procedure, we do require a security deposit when renting any vehicle from our fleet. This deposit serves as a security measure to cover potential future debits, such as tolls, fines, or damages to the vehicle. If you choose to use a credit card for the security deposit, we will authorize the necessary amount and release the funds upon the return of the undamaged vehicle.

No, the amount requested is not considered a payment. It is a pre-authorization hold placed on your credit card to cover any potential future debits, such as fines, tolls, and vehicle damages. This hold temporarily reduces your available credit limit. For further details and more information, we recommend contacting your credit card company directly at their 1-800 customer service number.

  • No, the security deposit amount will be refunded by us within 24 hours after you return the vehicle. Typically, your bank will release the funds back to your account within approximately 7 business days after the vehicle drop-off. We recommend contacting your card carrier’s 1-800 number to confirm the specific timeline for fund release, especially if you need to have the credit limit available for other purposes during your trip.
  • Final inspections on vehicles are conducted after the cars have been returned and thoroughly detailed. We advise you to do a comprehensive walk-through when returning the vehicle to avoid any unexpected issues or surprises.

Delivery / Returns and Shipment

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services for our exotic and luxury vehicles. We take pride in delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. Our delivery service is conducted through a closed flatbed truck, and the cost varies based on the distance of the delivery location. For specific pricing quotes, we recommend reaching out to your dedicated sales representative. They will be able to provide you with accurate pricing details based on your specific delivery requirements.

We provide a 24-hour service, allowing us to conveniently accommodate your ever-changing schedule and last-minute trips. Within our allowed locations, we offer complimentary delivery or pickup of your rental between 8am (EST) and 8pm (EST). For deliveries or pickups outside of our range and regular operating hours, there is a surcharge ranging from $100 to $250, depending on the location and distance involved.

We kindly ask our clients to allow us a delivery window of 1 hour and 30 minutes to 3 hours for the vehicle delivery.

We require full payment of the rental either in advance or on the rental day. Once a vehicle is reserved and in use, we are unable to rent it out to others during your rental period. If you choose to cancel early, a non-refundable charge of 50% of the total remaining rental cost will apply.

No, please get in touch with us promptly to modify your reservation. Returns are pre-scheduled based on your contract and cannot be altered. Any changes to the location and time will incur additional administrative charges.

Mileage

The number of miles allowed per day is determined by the type of rental vehicle. Exotic vehicles have a limit of 100 miles per day, while all other vehicles come with an allowance of 200 miles per day. Any mileage exceeding these limits will incur an additional cost, which varies based on the specific vehicle. It’s important to note that these additional costs are deducted from the security deposit upon the vehicle’s return.

The charges for exceeding the allotted mileage on the vehicle will vary, depending on the style and make of the vehicle. The specific charges for additional miles are clearly outlined and listed along with the rental price.

Fuel, Tolls, Driving Tickets, Towed Vehicles, Parking Tickets and Red Light Camera Tickets

Cars are provided to customers with a full tank of fuel and are expected to be returned with the same amount of fuel. Failure to return the vehicle with the agreed-upon fuel level will result in a charge per gallon as stated in the rental agreement. The refueling charge for a rental is set at $5 per gallon plus a $25 convenience fee. Please note that all vehicles in our fleet require the use of 93 gas grade only.

Consider opting for our Prepaid Refuel option to save time, make drop-off effortless, and avoid extra charges. This feature allows you to return the car at any fuel level. The price includes up to a full tank of gas, and it may vary depending on the make and model of the vehicle. Feel free to inquire about this option with our sales representative for more details.

At the conclusion of the rental period, toll charges will be calculated based on the actual usage by the customer. The customer will be responsible for paying the toll fees incurred, in addition to an administrative fee of $20.

Each driver is individually responsible for any driving citations and tickets they receive. It is the driver’s responsibility to make the necessary payment directly to the authorities, either in person, by phone, or online. Failure to make the payment will result in us charging you the amount of the ticket, along with an administrative fee.

The renter assumes full responsibility for any parking citations and red light camera tickets incurred during the rental period.

In the event of towing charges or damages caused by towing, any associated costs will be deducted from the deposit or billed to the client. Once the charges have been settled and there is no damage to the vehicle, the vehicle will be released and the client may proceed with the rental if desired.

Vehicles

Yes, we can assure you that the vehicle you choose during the reservation process will be the exact vehicle you receive on your rental. We take great pride in our capability to deliver exactly what our clients desire in an exotic car rental.

All our vehicles are equipped with automatic transmission systems. Additionally, many of them feature paddle shifters, which are simple to use. If you have any inquiries or need assistance, our sales representative will be more than happy to provide you with a driving tutorial to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Certain vehicles in our inventory are equipped with factory stock carbon ceramic racing brakes. Occasionally, these brakes may emit a squeaking sound when they are cold. However, rest assured that as they warm up, the squeaking will subside. However, don’t worry, there’s nothing wrong with the car brakes, and they are 100% safe. Our vehicles are inspected and serviced monthly or whenever necessary.

CHARTER PROCESS

Chartering a yacht on our website is simple. Begin by selecting the boat you wish to charter. Once you’ve found a yacht you like, choose your charter date, duration, and indicate the number of guests in your party. Next, submit a reservation request, which will be sent to our concierge team.
Upon receiving your request, our dedicated team will promptly reach out to finalize details such as payment, contracts, and any other requirements, ensuring that every aspect of your charter meets your expectations.

All our yachts come fully equipped with water, soft drinks, and ice, as well as essential yachting amenities like toilet paper, sunscreen, linens, and towels. However, you’re welcome to bring your own supplies if you prefer.

Our day charters include the following:

  • Yacht rental with duration options of 4, 6, or 8 hours
  • Experienced captain and crew to cater to your needs
  • Fuel for local cruising at normal speeds
  • Docking fees (which vary based on pickup location)
  • Coolers stocked with ice and waters

For 6 or 8-hour charters, you have the flexibility to choose your preferred starting time. For 4-hour charters, the starting times are either 10am or 3pm. Your charter day officially begins at the time stated in the signed Charter Agreement.

A ‘Multi-Day Charter’ refers to booking a yacht for more than a single day, including overnight stays. To book, simply select your embarkation and disembarkation dates and make payment via bank transfer instead of credit card. You will collaborate with your yacht specialist to establish an itinerary and provide meal preferences and activity details. This information helps the crew create a detailed provisioning list for your charter.

Sailing is generally permitted throughout the day, provided that weather and visibility conditions are favorable and it aligns with the itinerary discussed with our specialist and captain. Always consult with our team, as they are knowledgeable about local laws and can advise on feasibility and recommended practices.

All charters are subject to a fully executed contract. Once the availability of your chosen yacht has been verified, you will receive a Charter Agreement, with a request for a deposit to secure the booking. The Charter Agreement defines the terms and conditions, obligations and rights of each party.
A deposit of 50% of the total charter fee is required upon signature of the Charter Agreement in order to confirm your booking. The remaining 50%, plus any additionally agreed charges, is due one month before the charter commences.

PAYMENTS, TIPS AND CHARGES

After you confirm your reservation, our specialist will process your payment according to the following guidelines:

  • For single-day bookings confirmed more than 7 days in advance, a 50% deposit is processed immediately to secure the yacht. The remaining amount is processed once your embarkation date is 7 days away.
  • For single-day bookings made 7 days or less in advance, the total price is processed immediately.
  • For multi-day charters confirmed more than 30 days in advance, a 50% deposit of the yacht’s cost is processed immediately. The remaining 50%, plus the APA and taxes, is collected once your embarkation date is 30 days away.
    Refund terms are outlined in the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. However, credits may be provided in certain circumstances, as specified in the Charter Agreement, allowing you to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date.

At Unique Miami, we prioritize your privacy and the security of your payment details. To ensure this, we use one of the world’s largest and most trusted credit card processing partners for all credit card transactions. Your sensitive payment information is never stored on our servers, and we adhere to the strictest PCI requirements. The 3% fee covers the credit card processing fee, allowing us to maintain these high standards of security and privacy for your peace of mind.

For multi-day trips, an APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) of 30-40% of the base charter fee is required. This covers expenses such as fuel, food, beverages, customs fees, and dockage, among others, incurred by your group while on board. The APA is sent to the yacht before the charter to provision according to your preferences, with the captain providing a detailed account of its usage. Any remaining funds are returned to you at the end of the charter. Additionally, it is customary to pay a gratuity of 15-20% to the crew at your discretion.

While tipping is not mandatory, it is customary to leave a gratuity for the crew and captain at the end of a charter. Is recommended a tip of around 18% of the charter fee. For US charters booked through Unique Miami, a 15% gratuity charge is automatically included and paid out to the captain and crew. If you wish to add an additional tip, you can do so directly to the captain at the end of your charter, and they will ensure it is distributed among the crew. For charters outside the US, it is recommended to tip the captain upon disembarkation for their excellent service.

Tax and gratuity are additional charges added to the base charter rate. In Florida, tax is 7%, and gratuity typically ranges from 15-20%.

PASSENGERS ON BOARD

The number of guests that can be accommodated varies depending on the type and size of the charter yacht. For day charters, most of our yachts can host up to 13 passengers (including children), with smaller yachts typically limited to 12 passengers, in compliance with Federal US Coast Guard regulations.
For multi-day charters, the sleeping accommodations of the specific yacht determine the capacity, with the average yacht comfortably accommodating 8-10 guests.

Several years ago, laws were enacted in the United States and other major yachting destinations to protect local boat manufacturers. One such law is the Jones Act, which stipulates that unless a vessel is a US Coast Guard Inspected Vessel, it may not carry more than 6 or 12 passengers during a paid charter. Various factors are considered to determine if a boat qualifies for either a 6 or 12-person maximum capacity while under hire. However, most major yachting destinations enforce a 12-guest limit unless the vessel is Coast Guard certified to accommodate more passengers.

Most yachts have a cruising capacity of no more than 12 guests due to local coast guard regulations. Regardless of the vessel’s size, these laws stipulate that no more than 12 guests can be onboard a chartered yacht. If your party exceeds 12 guests, our yacht specialist can assist in finding a yacht certified to accommodate more guests or arrange a multi-boat charter, ensuring compliance with local laws and allowing your party to tie up together once anchored.

Yes, Unique Miami offers a selection of diverse menus designed to meet various tastes at sea. Our options are curated by renowned Miami chefs, ensuring not just flavorful dishes but a genuine gastronomic experience on the high seas.

Every detail counts. Several weeks or days before your charter begins, your Charter Consultant will reach out to you and ask you to fill out a detailed questionnaire including all preferences and special requirements for members of your party. This sheet will cover dietary preferences, medical requirements, details on any allergies, favorite activities, sporting and entertainment requests. Knowing your preferences will enable us and the crew to make sure that you have everything that you need on board and that you have an unforgettable experience.

Some of the yachts available comes with inflatables, kayaks, paddle boards or jet ski’s. Please check availability before booking.

CANCELATION POLICY

According to the Unique Miami contract, if you cancel your charter, we may retain your deposit or the entire charter fee, depending on when you communicate your cancellation. If you cancel after submitting your deposit but before the final installment is due, we will retain your deposit. If you have paid the entire charter fee, we will retain the full amount but refund the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). If you need to cancel, please contact your charter consultant to explore alternative charter dates. It’s important to note that different contracts have varying cancellation policies. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, a rain check (credit for the full amount of the charter) will be issued for up to 1 year

OUR POLICIES AND RULES

All yachts include a sound system which you can connect your cell phone through Bluetooth and listen to you favorite music.

The Charter Agreement is a legal document that outlines the key terms of your yacht charter. It is signed by Unique Miami, the customer, the owner, and the crew. Among other things, it specifies your yacht’s technical specifications, cruise date, intended destinations, pickup and drop-off details, as well as insurance and cancellation terms.

For day charters, typically only one stateroom and bathrooms are open for use. However, for multi-day charters, all staterooms are available for use.”

Upon boarding your yacht, you’ll find all the essentials ready for your use. While you’re welcome to bring anything specific you’d like, we recommend packing light. Essentials like bathing suits, sunglasses, and boating or athletic shoes are recommended. If you plan to visit islands outside your home country, remember to bring your passport and any required visas. Non-American nationals boating in US waters should carry their passport as it’s required by law; the US Coast Guard may request it. US nationals need a valid driver’s license or other government-issued ID. For those prone to seasickness, over-the-counter or prescribed medications are advisable. We suggest using soft-sided luggage as it fits easily in cabin compartments and is gentle on woodwork and paint.

FOOD AND DRINKS

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages for your charter, or you can opt for our catering service, where our yacht specialist can arrange for food and beverages to be delivered to your yacht before embarkation. Alternatively, you can have a chef onboard for your charter to prepare meals for you during the trip. For multi-day charters, you will be asked to complete a meal preferences sheet. This sheet informs the crew of your desired meals and food and beverage preferences, ensuring that the boat is provisioned to your specifications. The chef will then prepare a menu for your review and approval before the charter

We can recommend a licensed bartender who has experience working on boats.

CHILDREN

Yes, children are welcome aboard and are considered passengers. For safety, children ages 6 and under must wear a personal flotation device (PFD) while on board

SMOKING

Smoking is generally not allowed inside most yachts and is strictly prohibited in any cabins or staterooms. Most yachts have a designated smoking area on the aft deck or flybridge, but it’s always best to check with your captain and crew before lighting up.

SECURITY

All our vessels are equipped with life jackets, emergency, and first aid kits. If you have known allergies or specific medical needs, we recommend bringing spare medication in case of an emergency.

PETS

We share your love for furry friends; however, for health and safety reasons, pets are generally not permitted aboard. Sea travel can be uncomfortable for animals. If you require your pet to accompany you for any reason, please check with your yacht specialist for the specific yacht’s pet policy.
